RECIPE: POTATO & TOMATILLO SALAD

Are you looking for a quick and tasty potato salad?
Use Tomatillo Salsa in a potato salad is easy and make it full of flavours and delicious!
Ingredients:
500 gram unpeeled baby potatoes
1 bunch of spring onion
1 leek
3 tbsp JARA Tomatillo Salsa
2 tbsp olive oil
Micro greens
Boil potato’s for 20 min until cooked. Cut the potato’s into wedges.
Cut the spring onions into small ring, you can use the white and green parts.
Cut the leek into rings. You can use the white and green parts of the leek, where the green just needs to bake a little longer.
Bake the leek and spring onion in olive oil.
Mix the leek, spring onion and JARA Tomatillo Salsa with the wedges.
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with micro greens.
