RECIPE: TRIPLE MUSHROOMS

What it is better than mushrooms? Double mushrooms!
But today we want to exaggerate! For the true mushrooms lovers we have a delicious recipe: the Triple Mushrooms.
Ingredients:
1 Small white onion
1 Leek
500 gram of Portobello Mushrooms
JARA Salsa Ai Funghi
(Vegan) cheese
Take the stems off the mushrooms. Place the mushrooms bottom up on a baking plate. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 min until precooked.
Cut the onions into small cubes.
Cut the leek into rings. You can use the white and green parts of the leek; where the green just needs to fry a little longer.
Cut the mushrooms' stems into small pieces.
Fry all together in olive oil for few minutes, than mix with JARA Salsa Ai Funghi.
Take out the baking plate with the stem.
Fill the mushrooms with the mix. Add some shredded cheese on top.
Place back into the oven at 180 degrees for 3 minutes to heat them up and melt the cheese topping.
