RECIPE: ANGRY POTATOES (BATATOS BRAVOS)

Potatoes are the protagonists of today's recipe, but in an angry version! 🌶️
This recipe is super easy and perfect to eat with friends to spice up the evening. Try it asap!
Ingredients:
500 gram Baby potato’s (in the skin)
JARA Salsa Picante
Parsley or chives
(vegan) Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
➡️ Boil the potatoes until cooked.
➡️ Crush them with a ladle or pot until flat.
➡️ Place them on a baking plate and sprinkle with olive oil and salt.
➡️ Bake the crushed potatoes covered with baking paper in the oven at 200 degrees until nicely browned and crispy.
➡️ Place the potatoes on a serving plate. Serve straight out of the oven.
Version #1: Mix JARA Salsa Picante with (vegan) mayonnaise, put the mixture on top and garnish with parsley or chives. Season with salt and pepper to flavour.
Version #2: Enjoy the potatoes with JARA Salsa Picante on its own!
