RECIPE: PASTA FUNGHI, PARSLEY AND CHEESE

This any-day-of-the-week recipe is going to be your new favourite thing to eat. Super easy to do in a small amount of time. And most of all; spaghetti will make everyone smile. 

Ingredients:
400g spaghetti
3 garlic cloves
8 tbsp EVO oil
4 tbsp JARA Funghi
Salt

To serve:
Fresh parsley
Parmigiano or vegan cheese


➡️ Put a pot full of water to boil. When boiling, salt the water considering your taste. Cook the spaghetti "al dente".In the meantime, cut the garlic into thin slices and put it aside.
➡️ Cook the garlic with oil in a large deep pan set over medium-high heat, and cook until the garlic is translucent and golden, 2 or 3 minutes. 
➡️ Add JARA Funghi to your taste and stir. Turn off the heat.

➡️ When the spaghetti is cooked, transfer them to the pan, add a few spoons of pasta water and turn on medium heat. Stir energetically for 1 minute and turn off the heat. Serve the warm spaghetti Funghi with fresh chopped parsley and grated Parmigiano on top if desired.
