RECIPE: POTATO & BEETROOT SALAD
Potatoes and beetroots together are the best combo for your salad!
And what is better than Salsa Picante to spice up the flavors? Let’s start!

POTATO & BEETROOT SALAD

Ingredients:
500 g baby potatoes with skin
300 g beetroots with skin
1 small bunch of parsley sliced finely
3 tablespoons of (Vegan) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of JARA Salsa Picante
salt
pepper


Boil the potatoes with some salt for 20 min until cooked. Strain and slice the potatoes into wedges.
Put the beetroots (whole, with skin) on a baking plate. Sprinkle with olive oil and salt. Roast the beetroots in the oven at 200-220 degrees for 30 min until cooked through. Slice the beetroots into wedges, the same size as potato wedges.
Mix the wedges with some (vegan) mayonnaise and Herbano Hot Sauce. Add some parsley and mix.
Season with parsley, salt and pepper.
