RECIPE: HUMMUS WITH JARA SALSA AI FUNGHI

Start this week with a quick and delicious hummus: with JARA Salsa Ai Funghi you will give it a final touch that will make your taste buds explode!

Ingredients:
250 gr cooked chickpeas/canned
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 peeled garlic clove without the green sprout in the center
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
3 tbsp JARA Salsa Ai Funghi
1 red onion
A bunch of fresh coriander
flat bread/ pita (not mandatory)

➡️ Blend together chickpeas, tahini, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove, salt and pepper. If necessary add water until you reach the thickness that you want
➡️ Put the hummus on a plate and put on top JARA Salsa Ai Funghi
➡️ Garnish with finely chopped red onion and coriander

Enjoy alone or with flat bread or pita!
